Stripe is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our team in Central Eastern Europe. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely from Poland or Romania and play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth for our existing clients. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, understanding their business needs, and delivering exceptional service to ensure their success with Stripe's products and services.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in Central Eastern Europe.,Understand client business needs and deliver tailored solutions to meet those needs.,Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.,Collaborate with the sales and customer success teams to ensure a seamless client experience.,Monitor client performance and provide insights to improve their success with Stripe.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure we are delivering the best possible solutions to our clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in a technology or financial services industry.,Strong understanding of financial services and payment processing.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.,Proficient in English and familiarity with local languages (Polish or Romanian) is a plus.,Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
