Quick Zone Berjaya is looking for a talented Assistant Head Chef to join our team. As an Assistant Head Chef, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our restaurant's food quality and consistency. You will work closely with the Head Chef to develop and implement new recipes, train junior chefs, and maintain high standards in food preparation and presentation.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in developing and implementing new recipes and menus.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Ensure food quality, safety, and consistency in all food preparations.,Manage inventory and purchasing of food ingredients.,Oversee daily food production and kitchen operations.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Participate in cost control and budgeting for food and beverage.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Chef or similar role.,Relevant culinary degree or certification is a plus.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Experience in managing kitchen staff is a plus.
