PT Langit Gading is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Crew Store to join our team in Canggu. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the store inventory, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. This is a hybrid role, combining in-store work with online responsibilities.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the store inventory, including stocking, ordering, and restocking.,Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with their purchases and answering any questions they may have.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that all products are displayed attractively.,Handle cash transactions and manage the store's point of sale system.,Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth store operations and meet daily sales targets.,Assist in online responsibilities such as updating the store's website and social media pages.,Participate in store promotions and events to increase customer engagement and sales.,Report any issues or concerns to the store manager or supervisor.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including familiarity with point of sale systems and online ordering platforms.,Friendly and approachable attitude towards customers.,Willingness to work in a hybrid environment, combining in-store and online responsibilities.,Ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 20 kg.
