📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and execution of training programs and workshops.,Develop and deliver training materials, including presentations, manuals, and videos.,Conduct needs assessments and evaluate training effectiveness.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure training objectives are met.,Provide administrative support to the Training and Development team.,Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company policies.,Support the development and implementation of new training initiatives.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of training participants.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other training software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian and English languages.,Knowledge of training methodologies and best practices.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
