UNITY Sejahtera is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Bookkeeper to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the accounting processes of the company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's general ledger, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Oversee the processing of monthly, quarterly, and annual closing procedures.,Ensure timely and accurate processing of all payroll transactions.,Monitor and reconcile bank and credit card statements.,Prepare and submit tax returns, including corporate and personal income taxes.,Provide financial reports and analysis to support business decision-making.,Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting standards and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with tax regulations and procedures.
