PT Maha Logistik is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Lab Technician to join our team in Pontianak, Kalimantan Barat. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the lab operations, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of test results, and providing technical support to the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in laboratory techniques and a passion for quality assurance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the laboratory, including scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.,Performing and supervising various laboratory tests to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.,Maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.,Training and mentoring junior lab technicians to enhance team performance.,Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of lab results into the overall business processes.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including ISO, GLP, and GMP.,Providing technical support and troubleshooting for lab equipment and software.,Conducting regular audits and inspections to maintain lab standards and safety protocols.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.,Proven experience in quality assurance and control processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Valid certification in laboratory techniques and safety (e.g., ISO 17025, GLP, GMP).
