📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Draft, review, and negotiate corporate and commercial contracts, ensuring compliance with Indonesian and international laws.
• Provide legal advice to business units, addressing contract-related issues and risks.
• Ensure all legal documentation adheres to regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
• Conduct due diligence on third-party vendors and business partners.
• Monitor and update legal policies and procedures to reflect changes in regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of legal documents for internal and external stakeholders.
• Represent the company in legal matters, both internally and externally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in legal contract management or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian and international business laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with legal software such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar tools.
