📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis and prepare job descriptions and specifications.,Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.,Source and screen candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Schedule and conduct interviews with potential candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure alignment with company needs.,Maintain and update applicant tracking systems.,Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or human resources.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
