MEP Enviro Technology Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Polymer Engineer to join our dynamic team in Denpasar, Bali. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and optimization of advanced polymer materials for environmental applications.

As a Senior Polymer Engineer, you will play a key role in driving innovation and improving our product performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our materials meet the highest standards of quality and sustainability.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Develop and optimize polymer materials for environmental applications.

Conduct research and development to improve material performance and sustainability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and compliance.

Lead and mentor junior engineers and technicians.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in polymer technology and industry trends.

Participate in project planning, execution, and troubleshooting.

Ensure all processes and materials meet safety and environmental regulations.

Provide technical guidance and support to internal and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Polymer Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in polymer material development and processing optimization.

Strong background in polymer chemistry, physics, and processing techniques.

Proven track record of successful projects in material development and optimization.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Familiarity with environmental regulations and sustainability practices.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
