📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the construction and maintenance of restaurant sites.,Ensure that all construction projects are completed on time and within budget.,Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure the quality of materials and workmanship.,Inspect and maintain restaurant equipment and facilities.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Provide technical support to the restaurant management team.,Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues.,Prepare and submit reports on site activities and progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in site engineering or construction management.,Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects.,Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations is a plus.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
