In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in ensuring their comfort and satisfaction during their stay. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, providing a warm and friendly welcome.,Check guests in and out, verify reservations, and provide necessary information about the hotel facilities and services.,Handle guest inquiries and complaints, addressing them promptly and professionally.,Maintain accurate records of guest information, including check-in/check-out times, room assignments, and special requests.,Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.,Assist with front desk operations, including managing the reception area, answering phones, and handling cash transactions.,Promote the hotel's services and amenities to guests, and assist with marketing efforts.,Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk or receptionist role, preferably in the hospitality industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using computer software and basic office tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian language is a plus.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations and challenges.
