📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and management of port operations, including vessel berthing, cargo handling, and port security.,Monitor and report on port activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and operational standards.,Provide support to the Operations Manager in developing and implementing operational plans and procedures.,Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of port equipment and facilities, ensuring they are in optimal working condition.,Conduct regular inspections and audits of port operations to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including cargo handlers, security personnel, and other stakeholders, to ensure seamless port operations.,Provide excellent customer service to vessel crews, cargo handlers, and other stakeholders, addressing their concerns and queries promptly and professionally.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve port operations and safety.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the maritime or logistics industry.,Strong knowledge of port operations, vessel handling, and cargo logistics.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.,Proficiency in using office software, including Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with port management software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.,Valid driver's license and the ability to obtain a maritime security identification card (MSIC) is a requirement.
