Sentral Zahra Cafe & Coffee is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Outlet Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the daily operations of our outlet, ensuring a pleasant and efficient customer experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in preparing and serving coffee and food items to customers.,Maintain a clean and organized outlet environment.,Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Assist in inventory management and restocking of supplies.,Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns.,Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.,Assist in promoting our products and services to customers.,Participate in training and development activities to enhance skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent experience.,Previous experience in a customer service or retail environment is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Basic knowledge of coffee and food preparation is an advantage.,Familiarity with cash handling and basic inventory management.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.,Good time management and organizational skills.
