📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and coordination of production activities,Monitor and maintain production schedules,Assist in the inventory management of raw materials and finished products,Support the production team in quality control processes,Assist in the maintenance and repair of production equipment,Assist in the organization and documentation of production processes,Support the production team in health and safety protocols,Assist in the training and development of new production team members

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role,Good knowledge of Indonesian language,Strong organizational and time management skills,Ability to work well in a team environment,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Familiarity with basic agricultural practices,Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
