📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Handle outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services.,Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing their queries and concerns.,Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.,Update customer information in the company's database.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.,Follow up on leads to ensure they are converted into paying customers.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing or customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with CRM software and database management.,Proactive and result-oriented mindset.,Good command of the Indonesian language, both written and spoken.,Willingness to travel for business purposes.
