📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and develop interactive e-learning courses using tools like Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, and Lectora.
• Create engaging multimedia content, including videos, animations, and simulations, to enhance the learning experience.
• Collaborate with educators and subject matter experts to ensure course content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with educational standards.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of e-learning solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in e-learning development and incorporate them into your work.
• Work closely with the development team to integrate e-learning modules into existing learning management systems (LMS).
• Provide training and support to educators on how to use and effectively implement e-learning solutions.
• Participate in project planning, development, and deployment, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in e-learning development or a similar role.
• Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or Lectora.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and learning theories.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with educators, designers, and developers.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and experience with platforms like Moodle or Blackboard is a plus.
• Certification in e-learning development or instructional design is a strong asset.
