📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process, including coordinating with hiring managers and conducting initial interviews.
• Support the HR team in maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Help organize and execute HR events and activities, such as onboarding sessions and team-building exercises.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department, including managing HR documents and correspondence.
• Contribute to the analysis and reporting of HR metrics and data.
• Assist in the training and development of new employees, ensuring they are integrated into the company culture.
• Support the HR team in any other ad-hoc tasks as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest and passion for Human Resources and a desire to build a career in this field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with HR software and tools such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR is a plus.
• Ability to work part-time during the academic year (approximately 15-20 hours per week).
• Willingness to travel to other locations within Bali as needed.
