We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to join our team in Kulon Progo, DI Yogyakarta. As a Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our stores, ensuring that we meet and exceed our sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer service. This is a hybrid position, offering the best of both worlds: the flexibility of remote work and the engagement of in-store operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including sales, inventory, and customer service.,Manage a team of employees, providing leadership and support to ensure high performance and morale.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.,Monitor store performance against sales targets and KPIs, and take corrective actions as needed.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels to minimize waste and maximize profitability.,Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and knowledge, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Collaborate with the regional management team to ensure consistent brand standards and operational excellence across all stores.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management or leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.,Strong understanding of retail operations, including sales, inventory, and customer service.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving store performance.,Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems and retail software is a plus.,Familiarity with hybrid work models and the ability to manage both remote and in-store teams.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
