📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the planning and execution of banquet events.
  • Manage and mentor a team of banquet staff.
  • Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for event logistics.
  • Manage event budgets and expenses.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized banquet area.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in banquet or catering services.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of event planning and coordination.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
