📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage a team of staff, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor sales targets and ensure that they are met or exceeded.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring that all customer needs are met and exceeded.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the branch is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and other stakeholders.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage a team and motivate staff to achieve their best.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with industry software and systems.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
