📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.
  • Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends to identify and attract top talent.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve the recruitment process.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and software, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Proven ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with the Indonesian job market and understanding of local labor laws and regulations.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.
