📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations,Manage store staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve sales,Handle customer complaints and ensure excellent customer service,Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels,Assist in store maintenance and cleanliness,Participate in store promotions and marketing activities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role,Strong leadership and communication skills,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other retail management software,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and industry trends,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team
