📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software products,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and clarify technical concepts,Write clear, concise, and accurate documentation that is easy to understand for end-users,Review and edit technical documentation to ensure quality and consistency,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Provide technical writing support to other teams as needed,Work with developers to ensure that documentation is accurate and up-to-date,Create and maintain user manuals, quick start guides, and other types of technical documentation

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field,Minimum 2 years of experience as a Technical Writer or in a related role,Strong writing and communication skills in English and Indonesian,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar,Experience with Agile methodologies and working in a cross-functional team,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail,Familiarity with software development concepts and processes
