In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential customers, conducting sales presentations, and closing deals for our bancassurance products. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and qualify potential customers through various channels including referrals, cold calls, and social media.,Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our bancassurance products.,Close sales deals and ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their concerns and needs.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer retention and loyalty.,Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.,Stay updated with industry trends and market developments to continuously improve sales strategies and techniques.,Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the bancassurance or financial services industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and meeting performance metrics.,Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with customers and close deals.,Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills to foster strong client relationships.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for roving sales activities.
