📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities and trends.
• Prepare and present product demonstrations and proposals to potential customers.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to promote and support the company's products.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to showcase the company's products and network with potential customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the industrial heating industry.
• Strong understanding of the pneumatic and electric heaters market and industry trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel is a plus.
