📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement strategies to optimize the seafood supply chain, including procurement, production, and distribution.,Manage and supervise a team of supply chain professionals to ensure the smooth operation of the supply chain.,Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and distributors to negotiate and secure the best possible terms for our seafood products.,Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including food safety, quality, and environmental regulations.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in seafood supply chain management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in seafood supply chain management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of seafood industry, including market trends, regulations, and best practices.,Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing supply chains.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with supply chain management software and tools is a plus.
