📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting comprehensive internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management processes.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.,Collaborating with various departments to understand business processes and identify areas for improvement.,Developing and implementing audit plans and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.,Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of corrective actions taken in response to audit findings.,Providing guidance and support to junior auditors and staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in internal auditing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in a similar industry.,Professional certification in internal auditing (e.g., CIA, CISA, CMA) is a plus.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and internal control frameworks.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.,Proficient in using audit software and data analysis tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
