You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain quality standards, conduct process improvements, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and ensure the quality of SMT processes through inspection, testing, and data analysis.,Develop and implement quality improvement plans to enhance process efficiency and product reliability.,Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot process issues to prevent recurrence.,Collaborate with production teams to implement process changes and improvements.,Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulations, and customer requirements.,Maintain and update quality documentation and records.,Conduct training and mentoring for junior staff on quality processes and standards.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in SMT process quality engineering or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of SMT processes, equipment, and quality control techniques.,Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) and quality management systems (QMS).,Experience with IPC-A-610 and IPC-A-620 standards is a plus.,Familiarity with quality tools and software such as Minitab, JMP, or similar.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
