📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to the restaurant's standards and recipes.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen.,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including appetizers, main courses, and desserts.,Manage kitchen inventory and ensure that all ingredients are properly stored and used.,Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.,Ensure that the kitchen is clean and organized at all times.,Participate in menu planning and development.,Assist in special events and catering services as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Familiarity with various cooking techniques and methods.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
