Agung Yoga Store is looking for a dedicated Store Admin to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring smooth and efficient service for our customers. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store inventory, including stocking, ordering, and reordering products,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent service and resolving issues promptly,Assist in the organization and maintenance of the store, including cleaning and arranging products,Monitor sales and cash handling, ensuring accuracy and security,Support the store manager in various administrative tasks and projects,Maintain a clean and organized work environment,Assist in the preparation and presentation of the store for opening hours,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school education,At least 1-2 years of experience in a retail or administrative role,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office,Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus,Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems,Ability to work independently and as part of a team
