As a Motor Claim Advisor (Accident), you will be responsible for handling all aspects of motor insurance claims, from initial assessment to final approval. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assess and evaluate motor insurance claims to determine eligibility and validity.
• Conduct thorough investigations into accident claims, including on-site inspections when necessary.
• Collaborate with insurance providers and legal experts to ensure accurate and timely claim settlements.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients throughout the claims process.
• Maintain detailed records and documentation of all claims, ensuring compliance with Indonesian insurance regulations.
• Monitor and analyze claims data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high standards of service and expertise.
• Represent Lion City Rentals Pte Ltd at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in motor insurance claims handling, preferably in the Indonesian market.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian insurance regulations and legal requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with insurance software and tools, such as ClaimWorks or similar systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
