📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of audiovisual projects from concept to completion.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and technicians, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and expectations, and develop tailored AV solutions.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or challenges that arise.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and manage client communications.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance project outcomes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Audio Visual Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the audiovisual industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing AV projects from inception to completion.
• Strong knowledge of AV equipment, software, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Trello, or Asana.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent) is a plus.
