Every day, you'll be responsible for overseeing our coffee shop's operations, from managing our baristas and cashiers to ensuring our inventory is well-stocked and our equipment is in top condition. You'll also be responsible for maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and safety, and for training and developing our team to help them grow and succeed.

• Oversee daily coffee shop operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Manage and train a team of baristas and cashiers to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety in the coffee shop.
• Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring they are well-stocked and ordered in a timely manner.
• Maintain and repair coffee shop equipment, ensuring it is in top condition.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns, resolving them in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor sales and customer feedback, providing regular reports to management.
• Participate in the development and implementation of coffee shop policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality or coffee industry.
• Proven experience in managing a team of baristas and cashiers.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Square or Toast.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
