🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in talent development or a similar role.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing effective learning initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make strategic recommendations.
• Certification in instructional design or a related field is a plus.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
