📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement fundraising strategies to secure financial support for conservation projects
• Build and maintain relationships with donors, corporations, and community partners
• Create and manage fundraising campaigns using Salesforce and Mailchimp
• Organize and execute fundraising events, such as galas, auctions, and corporate sponsorships
• Craft compelling proposals and reports to communicate the impact of conservation efforts
• Conduct research to identify new funding opportunities and potential partners
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between fundraising goals and project objectives
• Monitor and analyze fundraising performance to optimize future strategies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Environmental Science, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in fundraising, donor relations, or a similar role within the non-profit or corporate sector
• Proven track record of securing significant funding for conservation or environmental projects
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in using Salesforce and Mailchimp, or willingness to learn these tools
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Passion for conservation and a commitment to protecting Indonesia's natural heritage
