As an Event Crew Member, you will be responsible for setting up event spaces, assisting with attendee check-ins, and providing exceptional customer service. You will work closely with our team to ensure that every detail is taken care of, from the initial setup to the final cleanup. Based in Bali, you will have the chance to work in some of the most beautiful and vibrant locations, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. This role offers a competitive salary of IDR 4,000,000 - 6,000,000 per month, along with a range of benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in setting up and decorating event spaces according to event specifications.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting attendees at check-in.
• Work closely with the event team to ensure smooth execution of events.
• Handle any last-minute changes or issues that may arise during events.
• Assist with the cleanup and breakdown of event spaces after the event concludes.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote upcoming events and engage with potential attendees.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and enthusiasm in all interactions with attendees and team members.
• Adhere to all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for all attendees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in event assistance, customer service, or a related field.
• Proven ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with event planning software such as Eventbrite or Cvent is a plus.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
