📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with HSE regulations.
• Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures for drilling operations.
• Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics and trends.
• Provide safety training and awareness programs to the workforce.
• Investigate and report on incidents and near-misses, and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards.
• Work closely with the drilling teams to promote a safety-first culture.
• Maintain and update the HSE management system and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, or Environmental Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably in the oil and gas or drilling industry.
• Certification in HSE management systems, such as OHSAS 18001 or ISO 45001.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international HSE regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using HSE software and tools, such as SAP, MS Office, and HSE management systems.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to drive company vehicles.
