📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and maintain detailed 3D models of architectural, mechanical, and electrical designs using Revit, AutoCAD, and other BIM software.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate and efficient project delivery.
• Develop and implement BIM standards and best practices to enhance project workflows.
• Conduct clash detection and coordination to resolve design conflicts.
• Generate 2D drawings, schedules, and reports from BIM models.
• Provide technical support and training to junior designers.
• Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies and industry trends.
• Participate in project reviews and provide input on design decisions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in BIM design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other BIM software.
• Certification in BIM (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional, BIM 360 Certified User) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of architectural, mechanical, and electrical design principles.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
